Mustang fastbacks, through the years I know 1967–8 and 1971–3 are missing, and I would have taken out the second Fox one to fit one of those in, but otherwise, this is a great look back at 49 years of the pony car legend. What a great piece of art.

fiat 500 zagato coupe
Parody time Is it me, or is Zagato just becoming a synonym for a triangular rear side window joining the rear window forming an X and a double-bubble roof?

Aston Martin One-77
One-77 I sure hope the typography is better inside this model than in the others.
Ssangyong Rodius, take two This is worse than the cool Austin Allegro sketches becoming the ugly Allegro. The best thing I can say about the second-generation Ssangyong Rodius is that Ssangyong has stayed true to the model’s tradition: it’s still ugly as sin.
As one netizen put it: it may be better to get a vasectomy than to face the prospect of buying a minivan as ugly as this.
mulitple functions dash
I love the Fiat Multipla - it IS ugly, but it’s designed around the driver and passengers. It’s a clever, practical motor.
Italian flair I love the Multipla and all its weirdness. And you can still buy one new (sort of).

(via Volvo 1800 ES… 1972)
Return of the Saint and the three kids I still remember the Volvo 1800ES—and how front and rear seemed at odds. You have a front end that is very ’60s where you could pretend to be Roger Moore rescuing women in distress—and a back end that’s very ’70s with that glass hatch. I suppose Rog could have put Luisa and the three kids in it …
F40 Doesn’t it look great, even at this angle? Pininfarina FTW.
